1. المنتجات الرقمية (الأدلة الاستثمارية)
✅ ضمان استرداد كامل لمدة 30 يوماً
نقدم ضمان استرداد كامل للأموال خلال 30 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء إذا لم تكن راضياً عن الدليل.
شروط الاسترداد:
- يجب تقديم الطلب خلال 30 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء
- يجب توضيح سبب عدم الرضا (لتحسين خدماتنا)
- سيتم معالجة الطلب خلال 5-7 أيام عمل
- سيتم إرجاع المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية
حالات لا يمكن فيها الاسترداد:

- بعد مرور 30 يوماً من تاريخ الشراء

3. خدمات الحجز والترتيب
بالنسبة لخدمات حجز الفنادق، المواصلات، والجولات:
- تخضع لسياسة إلغاء مقدم الخدمة الأصلي
- رسوم الخدمة الإدارية (20 دولار) غير قابلة للاسترداد
- يجب الإلغاء قبل 14 يوماً على الأقل من موعد الحجز
4. كيفية طلب الاسترداد

- اذكر رقم الطلب أو الفاتورة
- وضح سبب طلب الاسترداد
- سنرد عليك خلال 2-3 أيام عمل
- بعد الموافقة، ستتم معالجة الاسترداد خلال 5-7 أيام عمل
5. الحالات الاستثنائية
✅ استثناءات خاصة:
في حالات القوة القاهرة (كوارث طبيعية، حروب، جوائح)، سنقدم بدائل مرنة تشمل:
- استرداد كامل للمبلغ
- إعادة جدولة الخدمة دون رسوم إضافية
- تحويل إلى خدمات بديلة بنفس القيمة
